Hello, I'm Laura!
I’ve been drawing and inventing concepts since I was little. Now I lead brand and marketing work, from deciding what a brand needs to making the photographs, designs and words people see.
Long before I studied advertising, I sketched, designed visuals and made up ideas simply because I enjoyed creating something from nothing. Studying Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations gave me a new set of questions to ask: Who is this for? What should it say? Why should anyone care?
I’ve spent the past five years putting those questions to work.
At Dirty Coco, I lead marketing and creative across the brand’s move from a dessert café towards an all-day brunch concept. My work reaches from positioning and product ideas to campaigns, photography, styling, design and the details customers encounter in the café. At Skandal, I helped shape the agency’s own identity and now develop branding and visual work for its clients.
Photography and styling are where my instincts are strongest. I love making the image, but I also want to understand the decisions behind it: why it belongs to this brand, what surrounds it and what someone takes away from it. That’s the part of the work I keep coming back to.
